health kick

Hey

So a few weeks ago I started this health kick. I am eating proper meals morning and lunch and am having shakes, before 7 o’clock for dinner. I am having these drops in water that are supposed to help, burn fat, give you energy and speed up your metabolism. I am also having this detox tea to cleanse which will also help.

Now I know some of you out there are probably thinking right now, but just that won’t make him lose weight. I know which is why I am also running every day and on some days if I have to get lotto tickets from the shop down the road, instead of taking the scooter, I walk to the shops. There and back is about 3.86 kilometers.

So far I have lost 2.2 kilos. I am really proud of myself for sticking with this, but I am always willing to try new diets and exercise routines. If you have any you think I should try email me.
