My view

Hey all,

So this week I decided to do another one of my views. This week my view is on the topic of expressing yourself through what you wear.

People generally wear their clothes to show who they are and other people interpret who they are by the way that they dress. I know a good example of this is a job interview, for most office jobs. The employer won't take you seriously if you walk in wearing a t-shirt, shorts and flip-flops. They look for people wearing smart clothes. Just like schools with uniforms, they want the public to see them as respectable and neat.

But it is important to express yourself through fashion as with fashion you create your identity, people will know you as the person with that kind of style.

WikiHow explained a way to express yourself through fashion in 6 simple steps.
1) Don't be afraid to be different
2) Pick out comfortable clothes
3) Make them your own (spice them up)
4) Accessorise
5) Find footwear that suits you
6) Create a hairstyle to go with the outfit

I find that if you don’t know a style that suits you, experiment or try find a role model who you like the look of. I for one have chosen the style of Nick Jonas, and Robbie Amell. Both have very similar style but the look works for me.

I also believe that you must choose an outfit for comfort, if it’s not comfortable, don't wear it. People out there who wear clothes or accessories that hurt them but they wear it because it looks cool, I have 6 words for them. “YOU`RE BEING STUPID, WEAR FOR COMFORT!”

There is a great article on expressing yourself through your clothing at chinatownconnection.com. The URLs for the different websites I used for guidance on this topic are posted below.
Just remember you are unique, dress like you want.

That’s just my view though

TV show apartment/house floor plans

Hey

So have you ever seen TV shows where they show you rooms of the house or apartment and you actually wanted to see what the entire place looks like. Well if not, then maybe that’s the interior design student coming out in me but I found these sketches done by artists (sorry not to certain what their names are) of houses and apartments from TV shows we all know and love. Like FRIENDS, the Simpsons, how I met your mother and many more.

If you know of any others that I have not put up please let me know and email me the pics so I can put them up and also have them in my inventory.

P.S. thank you all so much for reading my blog. I actually feel touched that you all take out of your day to read my blog.

Please let me know with comments or email.

Really would like to know.  If it’s a good site I will try buy something from it, but if not I’m not going to.

Bungee

so i know we are already in April but I have to tell you all about my bungee experience. On the 24 December 2014 I went bungee jumping at Bloukrans bridge. At 216m it is the worlds highest bungee.

I had an awesome experience. The nerves are at an all time high when you get there. The first thing that had me extremely nervous was the fact that on the way to the center of the bridge you walk on a grid where as you get closer to the middle you can see the floor 216m down. Really freaky.

The experience was exhilarating, the feeling of going down is so freaky as you feel like your falling to your death but each time you bounce back up, there's a feeling of nothingness, you feel weightless, free. The experience was awesome.

i even thought i would have to get the instructors to push me but i jumped and made no sound at all.
it was great and i actually suggest some of you out there try it. you come back up with your hands shaking but thats just the adrenaline.

union jack

Hey

So I recently found the passion for union jack items. I was looking on Pinterest and I saw some furniture with it on. I had always seen people with it on t-shirts and wished I had it but could never find it.
And then about 2 weeks ago I went into this shop and found a whole bunch of interior decorating accessories that were union jack. I got this bin and tissue box for under R300 which was quite cheap for how rare it is.
If any of you out there know of any South African shops that have union jack stuff for bedrooms for a guy, please comment or email me. It wouldn’t be just for me, it would be for anyone who wanted union jack stuff but didn’t know where to go.

Sincerely

Master V
