My view
This week my view is on coffee froth creations.
I have always wondered how they do it. Is it a stencil or do they do it with the machine and get their creations by luck.
They have some pretty cool ones. This last week I was on semester break and I traveled around the cape. At the East head cafe in Knysna we ordered cappuccinos and got one with a pig on and one with an elephant. in Bloemfontein on our way back we got spiderweb designs on the cappuccinos
. i have even looked in magazines and seen people do amazing 3D froth milk art.
my view is that you can do pretty cool patterns on coffee and if more places did patterns on their cappuccinos they would have more pleasant customers which means more business.
