IF YOU COULD CREATE YOUR OWN VIDEO GAME, WHAT WOULD IT BE ABOUT AND WOULD YOU?

Recently we got a project at college from the one lecturer on video game design. We were asked to create the concept of the game with all the details. And it got me thinking. I really did not know what to think. I thought really hard and eventually came to the conclusion that my ideal video game is basically a mix between Saints Row the Third and The Sims 3.  The fighting and missions from saints row with the free roam, house design from the Sims. Then I did some thinking and wouldn’t it be great if we could design our own video games, games that suited us as individuals where we could lose ourselves because the game we created is so much fun. The only problem with designing your own video game is that you have to put so much effort and the amount of information you need.  This comes from the design of the characters which you need to put so many details behind in their info that might not even be used to the settings and the story boards. Video game design is hectic, DON’T get me wrong it was fun but it’s hectic. So my real question to all the readers of my blog out there. If you could design your own video game, WOULD YOU?
